This course will explain the concepts, theories, and technologies that provide the foundation for Knowledge Management; the systems and structures that constitute Knowledge Management solutions; and the processes for developing, deploying, and evaluating these Knowledge Management solutions.

Grading: Quizes: 30%, Exam: 70%   ↣   Final Grade: (0.3 x Quiz) x (Attendance %) + (0.7 x Exam)
